U. G. H.

I just sat down and did our budget for the first time on paper. Organized it and figured out exactly what we have to pay and when.

And I guess when we talked about it before maybe we left some stuff out, cuz we thought we were going to be okay.

But we're not.

We thought we could do it on Tony's money alone, at least until after Christmas, but we can't.

If we did, we would have $48 left over for the month. And I didn't budget in food or gas or dog food or ANYTHING but bills. And only on the minimums.

So, now I have a headache.

And I'm sad because this means we wont be going to Tennessee for Thanksgiving, like we talked about the other day...which gave me lots of excitement. Or Texas for Christmas.

Guess I'm going to find a waitress job tomorrow.

When did I become an adult and how can I make it stop?

Welcome to real life... no fun sometimes, but totally worth it!

oh honey i'm so sorry about your trip... that's one of the hardest things about being in the military - not making enough money to do the things you want to do.... this will be matt's first year to miss thanksgiving and christmas... being an adult sometimes sucks... i'm glad you have your honey with you though... can he cook turkey? teeheehee

Never lose hope! I'm sure it looks bad on paper, but I'm certain things will work out.

Keep your chin up......
